If you’re currently using or thinking of using Batchbook Social CRM, read on to find out how Zopim integrates with Batchbook to help streamline your sales conversion funnel. First off, ensure you have set up Batchbook integration in your account management page. Let’s take an example of a new website visitor, John Doe requesting an on-site demo by a sales agent. When he clicks on the chat bar on your website, he will see a form like this.
Once John submits the form, your chat operators can attend to him as per normal. The magic comes after John leaves the site. Your agent will be able to create a Batchbook communication for this customer simply by clicking on the link that appears. After clicking on the link, you have the option of editing the data, before a communication is created on Batchbook. Once you’re done editing, click on “Create Communication”.
This immediately creates a communication on Batchbook. All vital information from the chat, including the transcript, country, IP address, etc.. are included within the case description. Also, all contacts / communications created from Zopim are tagged with “zopim”. The sales representative attending to John would have all these information at his fingertips prior to contacting John.
That’s not all! What’s interesting is when John returns to the site at a later time. Let’s say he wants to arrange a phone meeting instead. Instead of having to repeat himself all over again, Zopim looks up Batchbook, and provides John’s Batchbook profile to the chat operators attending to him. This is done by looking up John’s email within Batchbook.
