This guide shows you how to get Zopim integrated with Zendesk Support Ticket System.
Log into your Zopim account and click on the “Integrations” tab. From there select Zendesk , you will be prompted to key in your CRM credentials as seen below:
That’s all there is to it really. Zopim will check to make sure the integration is working properly and you can start using it immediately!
While this step is not necessary, we recommend using the pre-chat form function together with the integration. By asking for the email address before the conversation starts, Zopim can draw information from the CRM before the chat even starts!
