As part of our routine infrastructure upgrade and redundancy testing, system maintenance is scheduled for 15 November 2015

Start: 4:00 am, Sunday, 15 Nov (UTC)
End: 6:00 am, Sunday, 15 Nov  (UTC)

Impact: During the two-hour maintenance period, you may experience partial or full service disruption on both the chat widget and dashboard.

Best case scenario: Chats will be disconnected momentarily, but they can be resumed after a refresh.

Worst case scenario: Users could be disconnected for the duration of the maintenance window. Closed chats won’t reconnect automatically.
