End: 6:00 am, Sunday, 20th and 27th Sept  (UTC)

Impact: During the two-hour maintenance period, you may experience partial or full service disruption on both the chat widget and dashboard.

Best case scenario: Chats could be disconnected momentarily but they can be resumed after a refresh.

Worst case scenario: Users could be disconnected throughout the duration of the outage. Closed chats won’t reconnect automatically.
