We are planning on having scheduled system maintenance on 24 January. To keep growing and continue providing the very best in customer service and live chat, it is necessary from time to time to make routine improvements to our system infrastructure.

Impact: During the first hour of the maintenance window (5 am to 6 am) all Zopim services will be unavailable. We recommend you not attempt to log in to the Dashboard or use the chat widget. Following the first hour and for the remaining period you may experience intermittent connectivity to Zopim. This includes logging into the Dashboard, loading the chat widget, or making any account related changes.
