Update (24/9/14): We’ve released version 0.5.11 into the App Store. It should fix most of the issues people have been having with iOS8. Please go ahead, download it and let us know if your problem’s been fixed.
Update (18/9/14): We’ve verified that the current release runs in the official iOS8 update. Our engineers will continue monitoring, but you can go ahead and upgrade if you choose.
In the next few hours Apple will be releasing its latest mobile update – iOS8. Although it’s tempting to upgrade immediately, we expect teething difficulties for early adopters who are using the Zopim iOS App.
Our engineers are working on ensuring the Zopim App is ready for iOS8 and we expect to release an update in the next couple of weeks. However, in the meantime if you want to continue using the Zopim iOS App, we recommend not upgrading your iOS device to iOS8.
An update is our utmost priority, but do bear with us if you decide to be an early adopter of iOS8. In the meantime, please keep your eye on this post as we update it.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
