We understand that downtime is very frustrating, even more so for a product like Zopim. Not being able to reach your leads, not being able to tend to your customers, its like someone turned off the lights in your store. So it goes without saying, when something is broken with our live chat, no one is more eager to fix things then us.
Whenever this happens, we want to make sure that receiving updates is as painless as possible. status.zopim.com contains all our latest (human) updates from twitter, as well as real-time updates that are pulled directly from our servers.

We have not been getting stats, it shows zero entries, chats and unique visitor, but this isn’t the case as we enter it on a daily basis, is this a temporary fault. REGARDS
Hey, yes indeed it should only be a temporary fault. Everything should have returned to normal now. We are looking at ways to restore the missing stats because we understand that some people do rely on the stats.
