Over the past couple of years, we’ve been consistently innovating and making improvements to your favorite Live Chat solution. Seems like our efforts haven’t been in vain =) We’ve been receiving great reviews and compliments via live chat, email, twitter, etc.. Recently, more good news arrived in the form of awards! Our yardstick for success will always be the satisfaction of YOU, our dear customers.. But that said, it does feels pretty dang good to have a few awards in our pockets =) So here we go..


Red Herring Asia Top 100

We are a Finalist for the Red Herring Asia Top 100 Award, and the only Live Chat solution on that list ;) It’s a prestigious list honoring the year’s most promising private technology ventures from the Asia business region. Actual Top 100 winners will be announced at the Red Herring awards ceremony in Shanghai next month.

We won’t be there to fight tooth and nail for the award because we’ll be @ San Francisco Bay Area during that period. Hope to share even more good news about this later this year.


Good news come in swarms.. Just last month, we were also voted Asia’s Top 10 Web Apps by users like yourself. That really meant a lot to us, to be considered a top 10 apps by real users =) Because of your votes, we were the only business app to clinch Top 10 despite stiff competition from other sexy social and consumer apps. So, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Thousands of entrepreneurs, startups, SME, etc were there to shared our joy at the award presentation ceremony and the event was covered by Techcrunch, one of our favorite tech publications. Read all about it here.

To celebrate this in style with the most important people, namely YOU.. we’ll be announcing a few cool additions to Zopim incrementally in the coming weeks and months.
